Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Odoo-Expert. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available within the first 14 days of your purchase of Odoo-Expert or related services. No refunds will be issued after this 14-day period.
  • Renewal payments for yearly subscriptions are non-refundable, as you have a full 12 months to cancel before the subscription renews. This applies to automatically recurring subscriptions only.

2. Refund Conditions:

  • If you encounter an issue that renders the system unusable and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days, we may grant a refund. We may request additional information about your issue to help us improve our product.
  • You must first contact our support team and allow us the opportunity to resolve your issue(s). If we are unable to resolve the problem within 7 days of your initial contact, we will be happy to process your refund request.

3. Exclusions:

  • Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind or decisions not to use the product.
  • Refunds are only available for the initial purchase of a particular product or membership. If you have previously purchased a product, requested a refund, and then repurchased it, no refund will be issued for the second purchase.

4. Refund Process:

  • If a refund is granted, you must not use ours resources.
  • To request a refund, first remove the resources from the system. Then, contact our support team with your license key and the email address used for the purchase. Once we confirm your license details, we will process your refund via your original payment method.

By purchasing Odoo-Expert, you agree to this refund policy and waive any rights to challenge it through questions, judgment, or legal actions.
